Recommended techniques:
Deep breathing: Inhale deeply through your nose, filling your lungs completely. Hold for a few seconds, then exhale slowly through your mouth.
Abdominal breathing: Place one hand on your chest and the other on your belly. Inhale deeply, allowing your belly to rise. Exhale slowly, drawing your belly in.
Paced breathing: Inhale slowly to a count of four, hold for a count of four, and exhale slowly to a count of four.
