BJM Health App Cancellation and Credit Policy

At BJM Health, we are committed to providing effective and accessible physiotherapy care through our online consultation and exercise programs. Our aim is to guide you on your journey to recovery with personalized care and customized Pathways designed to help you manage and relieve pain.

Please take note of our cancellation and credit policy, which applies once you have subscribed to one of our programs:

1. No Refunds Policy

Once you have subscribed to a BJM Health package and made payment, no refunds will be issued. This policy applies to all packages and services offered by BJM Health.

Before subscribing to a package, you will receive a free consultation with one of our physiotherapists, who will assess your condition and recommend the most appropriate Pathway for your needs. This consultation ensures that you have a clear understanding of the program and its benefits before committing to a subscription.

2. Requesting Cancellation or Credits

While BJM Health does not offer refunds, we understand that in certain situations, the selected package may not meet your needs or provide the expected results. In such cases, BJM Health may, at its sole discretion, offer credits for future use.

If you wish to request a cancellation or inquire about potential credits, you must inform your assigned physiotherapist as soon as possible. The request must be made during your active subscription period.

3. Credit Conditions

Any decision regarding credits will be based on the professional judgment of your physiotherapist and a review of your progress in the program.

Credits, if granted, can be used toward future subscriptions with BJM Health but are non-transferable and cannot be converted into cash or refunds.

The granting of credits is not guaranteed and is determined on a case-by-case basis.

4. Unlimited Messaging and On-Demand Video Visits

BJM Health subscriptions include unlimited chat messaging with your physiotherapist and on-demand online video visits as needed. These services are part of your subscription and remain available throughout the duration of your Pathway program.
