We encountered significant challenges in finding an effective solution for knee pain relief resulting from long hikes. Securing timely appointments with physical therapists proved difficult, and with demanding work schedules, it was nearly impossible to take time off during regular business hours. Additionally, the high cost of physical therapy presented a financial barrier. Despite our search, there were no readily available self-care options designed for at-home use, particularly during evenings or outside traditional business hours.
